December D'Lights Winter Festival

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported the 2010 December D’Lights!  It was a great success with over 400+ people attending. A great time was had by all while visiting with Santa and Mrs. Claus, listening to Cowboy Poetry, along with creating Christmas cards and ornaments.

We are excited to announce that our 2011 December D'Lights Festival sponsored by the Rathddrum Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rathdrum Parks and Recreation Dept. 

Friday, December 2, 5:00 to 8:00pm

Activities are planned for Stein's Lakeland Shopping Center.  Free Hay Rides will be available at the Rathdrum Library.  Pick up your Boarding Pass at 4:00 pm. 

Saturday, December 3, from 3:00 to 5:30 pm

More activities will be held  on Main Street, downtown Rathdrum.  Christmas carols, warm fire pits, kids christmas crafts, Discovery Bus & Robot, and SANTA CLAUS will all be available.  The "Dash for Cash" will be held at 4:00 pm and the "Lighted Rig Parade" will begin from Main Street at 5:15 pm.

 Dance Theater NW will hold an Open House from 12:00 to 6:00 pm Dec. 3rd at 8193 W. Main St. with vendors, bake sale, blanket and canned food drive.
